People for Care and Learning Dedicates New Facility

People for Care and Learning, a Cleveland-based non-governmental organization formed to combat poverty and address solutions for impoverished families, celebrated the opening of its new office facilities with a ribbon-cutting last week, according to Dr. Fred Garmon, executive director. The facility is being shared with a partner organization, Men and Women of Action.

International Ministry Training Opportunities Announced

Teams of pastors and local church leaders and staff have gone annually to conduct training at the European Theological Seminary, followed by training conferences in Brussels, Amsterdam, and Paris.

New International Executive Council Meets

Culpepper, the new general overseer, opened the meeting by sharing the vision of the International Executive Committee to lead the denomination in three key priorities: Prayer, the Great Commission and a Quest for Trust.

The USS Mount Whitney arrived in Poti, Georgia recently with its cargo holds full of humanitarian supplies. Georgia, a sovereign nation which is under attack by another nation, Russia, is suffering from lack of food and supplies to keep its country functioning. It is a Democratic nation that is being threatened by its larger neighbor who wishes it to return to the servitude of their ever increasing socialistic system.
