Cleveland, TN–In conjunction with Agree 19, the January 7-9, 2019 prayer convocation at the International Offices, Church of God Prayer Ministries will host a Strategic Prayer Training, Tuesday, January 8 through Thursday, January 10, 2019. Administrative bishops, state prayer leaders and teams, key pastors and leaders who might help with some aspect of the prayer process are invited to attend. The meeting will also include the Unreached People Group (UPG) coalition.

This past Sunday night, a small miracle occurred in my hometown of LaGrange, Georgia. Christians from dozens of different denominations and ethnic backgrounds gathered at First Baptist Church—the biggest church in town—to thank God for His goodness and to intentionally shatter divisions.

Evangelist Daniel Kolenda and the Christ for All Nations (CfaN) team recently finished a 4-day Gospel Outreach Campaign in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. The event was marked by tens of thousands of decisions to follow Christ and hundreds of supernatural displays of God’s power to heal bodies, restore families and make lives whole.

Over the years, Church of God World Missions’ Christ Birthday Offering has provided shelter and restoration, medical intervention, nourishment, and support for people all over the globe who have faced crisis. Many time crises come swiftly and without warning, leaving a wake of devastation and pain for those in its path. That has certainly been the case in 2018.

Liberty Counsel has expanded its reach in Washington, D.C. by adding Faith & Action and the National Pro-Life Center to the family of ministries. Faith & Action has been a ministry in the nation’s capital since 1994. With the transition of the ministry to Liberty Counsel, Faith & Action is being renamed to Faith & Liberty.

This Little Light of Mine, World Missions children’s project, started in the heart of International World Missions Director David Griffis’ wife, Judy Griffis. In her many travels, she began to see children from all over the world in need. This created a desire to help these precious, forgotten ones, and also encourage children their age in the United States to get involved in missions and help, too.

Tractor-trailer rigs roared overhead. Cigarette smoke wafted in the air as a praise band played drums and electric guitars on a stage set up amid tall concrete columns. On the Sunday (Nov. 18) before Thanksgiving, poor people riding bicycles and pushing old grocery carts lined up—as they do every week—to eat and worship God underneath Interstate 35.

A soft-spoken Baptist minister was arrested in Oakland, California, in 2009 and thrown in jail for holding up a sign outside an abortion clinic that read “God loves you and your baby. Let us help you.” Walter B. Hoye II sat in jail because he stood peacefully outside the Family Planning Specialists abortion clinic offering women another option. BLACK AND PRO-LIFE IN AMERICA tells Hoye’s incredible story of not only sharing the love of Jesus on a sidewalk outside an abortion clinic, and then in jail itself, but how his pro-life beliefs shunned him from the black community.
