Church of God Benefits Board Offering Live Webinar

The Church of God Benefits Board will be offering the next in a series of webinars when it hosts “W2 and Payroll Issues” this Friday, January 22, 2016 from 2:00 – 2:30 p.m. EST.

The Church of God Benefits Board is the administrator of the Ministers’ Retirement Plan which is a 403(b) retirement plan approved by the Internal Revenue Service for employees of churches and church organizations associated with the Church of God, Cleveland, Tennessee. It is led by Arthur D. Rhodes, president.

“Are the stresses of the New Year weighing you down? Are you worried about getting out W-2s to the pastor and the church staff on time?” Rhodes asks. “While we cannot help you with your resolution to lose weight this year, we hopefully will be able to help you with some of these beginning-of-the-year tax issues.”

“In the Know LIVE,” will feature Rhodes during the short, 30-minute webinar, which will cover various topics concerning those complex W-2 issues and difficult payroll questions.

“We understand how challenging this time of the year can be and it is our goal to provide as much information and assistance as possible,” Rhodes said. “Plus, it’s a great refresher with all the recent changes and modifications affecting churches today.”
