The best artists in the music industry gathered in Nashville for a “Better Together” concert to unite voices and hearts across genres, race, and political divides. Hosted by the national organization “American Awakening,” the concert will be available via a free livestream for one night on July 28.

Once again the nomination period for the 2020 Longest Married Couple Project, sponsored by Worldwide Marriage Encounter, has been extended until the end of August because of the continued growth of the COVID-19 pandemic across the United States, it was announced today by the co-coordinators of the project.

Lee President Dr. Paul Conn announced the cancellation of commencement ceremonies scheduled for August 1, in an email and video message to graduates on Wednesday. Seven hundred sixty graduates were planning to march and receive degrees in the ceremonies.

In their newly released annual report for 2020, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) has estimated some 272 million people globally (two-thirds of them labor migrants) are living outside their countries of birth.
