Brother Latimer had recently come into the Church of God and was serving as pastor in Spring Place, Georgia. His letter continued, “I’m asking God to help me more and more to get out and work for Him.”

Operation Compassion Participates in K-9 Drug Enforcement Training

Operation Compassion, a bemnevolent organization with ties to the Church of God, recently participated with the 8th Judicial Drug Task Force in a national K-9 training exercise involving semi-trucks. Twenty-six drug enforcement dog/handler teams from Texas, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana and Tennessee took part in the multi-day training event held in Cleveland, Tennessee.
