Alpha and Omega Campus Ministries Reports Outpourings
Church of God Alpha Omega Campus Ministries are on the move across the nation and are becoming the catalysts for revival. Alpha Omega has added 8 new ministries on secular campuses in this last year for a total of 24 active ministries in 14 states.
The Alpha Omega group at the University of Kentucky just sponsored a full week of 24/7 prayer on campus. By the end of the week 47 university students had been saved and 7 were filled with the Spirit at the prayer tent on campus. This is revival!
At Brewton Parker College…a Baptist school in South Georgia… the Alpha Omega group held what was to be a concert but turned into a 4 hour worship service with several Brewton Parker students seeking the filling of the Spirit. At the University of Tennessee, the Vice Chancellor sincerely and personally expressed his need for prayer to the Alpha Omega campus pastor at the university.
God is working through our students and leaders to reach people. Doors are opening for ministry on many campuses now. The needs are great.
Regional training for potential Alpha Omega leaders has been planned in Tennessee, Western North Carolina, Alabama and Kentucky. Other states will soon follow with similar regional campus training events.
