Lee Grady of Charisma to Speak at Seminary

Lee Grady, contributing editor for Charisma, will be speaking at the Pentecostal Theological Seminary at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 15, 2011, in the seminary chapel. He will be speaking on where he believes the Pentecostal and Charismatic movements are and where they are headed in their pursuit of their missional calling.

Grady is speaking as part of Ministers’ Week at the Church of God seminary. He was the editor of Charisma for 11 years and has been with the organization since 1992, serving as news editor, managing editor and becoming editor in 1999. Grady has won three first-place reporting awards from the Evangelical Press Association, and his monthly column in Charisma won multiple awards. He authored The Holy Ghost Is Not For Sale: Rekindling the Power of God In An Age of Compromise.

A reception with light refreshments will follow where Grady will sign copies of his book. Some copies will be made available for purchase. Those planning to attend are asked to RSVP with Joy Terpstra, director of alumni and donor relations at 423-478-7707 so that appropriate plans can be made for the reception.

The theme for the week is Holy Witness: We’re On A Mission From God. A schedule of the week’s events can be viewed on the Facebook Pentecostal Theological Seminary Alumni and Friends page.
