Supporters of Human Life Gather in Washington
Pro-life supporters are gathered in Washington, DC, today to rally forces against Roe v. Wade, the 1973 Supreme Court decision legalizing abortion on demand.
The annual March for Life will take place at the National Mall today and conclude with demonstrations at the Supreme Court.
On Sunday, the Students for Life of America (SFLA) held its annual conference in suburban Washington. Keynoter David French, senior counsel for Alliance Defense Fund, says young people are now more opposed to abortion than their parents. He predicts legal challenges filed by organizations like his will help win the overturn of Roe and carry the fight to state courts.
