CIMS Program Proven Innovative and Life Changing
When Reverend Granville Harvey recently conversed with the Church of God School of Ministry about starting a Distance Learning Center (DLC) in Miami, Florida, he expressed the value of the program for others and for himself. The School of Ministry asked Bishop Harvey to share his testimony about the Certificate In Ministerial Studies (CIMS) program:
The CIMS courses have been a tremendous help to my ministry and overall development as a minister. The design of the program and the quality of the material presented, cultivated a unique learning experience. The courses have helped me to improve in numerous areas, such as sermon preparation, presentation and delivery, counseling, and teaching. The wealth of knowledge that I have gained through the CIMS courses is immeasurable, and I am a more educated and well rounded person today because of this innovative, life-changing program.
I have also witnessed the same growth and development in my fellow students. As a result, the various ministries of the Church are being impacted tremendously. One individual transferred her CIMS credits when she enrolled in Patten University’s IDP program. It is my strong belief that every minister and lay person can benefit greatly from this God-inspired and enriching program. I feel truly blessed to have been a part of the CIMS experience.
