Thousands Coming to Christ in China
From very few Christians 25 years ago, today this little region of three million people has well over 100,000 faithful and fruitful followers of the Lord Jesus Christ. There are several underground house church Bible schools the Lord honored us to start almost 13 years ago, producing ministers who are on fire for the Master’s Missions!
God has been with me and my pastoral team of six ministers, guarding us to do His bidding of making disciples every moment of the day, and guiding us to be His vessel of honor every step of the way! Praise the Lord for His goodness, greatness, grace, and glory!
Here is a China Missions Report from my wife who has just recently returned:
The team successfully delivered over 200 copies of the most precious and powerful Word (both Study Bibles and Mini Bibles in Chinese), along with many tracts to the underground house church leaders to share with their congregations and Bible schools. They personally heard from quite a few pastors who have gone through the “Fire Baptism” of arrests, torture, and years of imprisonment, through forced hard labor concentration camps because of their faith in Christ. Everyone was very touched and moved! They also had opportunities to do a lot of Prayer Walks and Personal Friendship Evangelism. My wife had the honor of leading a highly educated Chinese lady to faith in the Lord Christ on the long flight back to the USA, and discipled her in the Word and the Spirit for three hours!
She also had the chance to minister with the national leaders for five days in the provinces. In one region near the Yellow River, Central China, she witnessed and reported that the mighty power of the Holy Spirit fell upon tens of thousands of ordinary believers. They all spoke in tongues spontaneously as the Holy Spirit gave them the utterance. They are also filled with the passion to share the Good News with others eagerly and enthusiastically, and they do church planting from house-to-house just like the Book of Acts still in action! As a wonderful result, tens of thousands have come to faith in the past few years alone in this small area.
From having no churches in 1998, we now have close to 100 house churches in our affiliation (Full Gospel Fellowship COGWM) alone. In another region two hours away, similar things are happening producing the same fruit of a higher number of believers! To God be all the glory and praises! Amen!
