Release: Reaching Native American Teens

Volunteers traveled over 13,000 miles last summer, accompanied by six Navajo teens for over 8,000 of those miles, ministering the entire way through a program called RELEASE. Families sacrificed by being separated for weeks, but they saw a marked difference when they reconnected at the end of summer. There was tremendous spiritual growth in the youth that participated. Their peers noticed an immediate difference, and many of them stated, “If you do this again next summer, we want to be a part.”

We are going to do the ministry tour again and this year the number of youth that God has called out has doubled. We are expecting to have at least 12 participants representing five Native American tribes from across the nation.

RELEASE can be the catalyst that sees new leaders emerge and take on the Great Commission call to reaching this culture with Christ’s love and salvation.
