Discount Tickets Offered as Part of GA2010
Area attractions in Orlando, Florida are offering discount tickets to their parks exclusively for delegates of the upcoming Church of God International General Assembly in July.
The three major parks in the Orlando area – Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld – have each offered packages for delegates which are being administered by the Church of God Youth and Christian Education department. The ticket packages come in various formats, length of days and combinations.
Delegates to the general assembly are encouraged to take advantage of the family-friendly attractions while in the Orlando area. The shortened length of the Assembly itself – from Tuesday through Friday rather than Monday through Saturday – lends itself to families being able to visit the attractions on either the front or back weekend of the event.
The Peabody, Hilton and Rosen Centre hotels are directly adjacent to the Orange County Convention Center. All have rooms available and can be secured by visiting the Church of God Web site and clicking on the GA2010 graphic. From there you will be directed to the housing link. Other nearby hotels are available as well.
For those interested in the abundance of shopping opportunities available along the world famous International Drive, a free shuttle will be running between the GA2010 hotels and establishments located on International Drive.
Finally, the Orange County Convention Center, site of GA2010, is one of the most efficient venues ever secured by the Church of God for the General Assembly. The General Council floor and worship venue, as well as the exhibit areas are all located on the same level and easily accessible to one another.
