A Fresh Move of God
God’s Spirit is moving in the nation of Hungary and his servants are coming to him with broken hearts. I am very encouraged in this. We have prayed and believed for revival. God is touched by a broken and humble spirit.
I was recently in the Czech Republic for our annual Central European Vision Conference which included churches from Hungary, Czech Republic and Poland. In the second morning session, there was an opportunity for anyone to express needs, concerns, etc. Antal Papp, the pastor of the Budafok church, spoke up. He lost his wife to cancer two years ago, leaving him with three children still at home and one already married. This is the first time that he has traveled in four years. He poured out his heart that he is still hurting and wanted prayer. Everyone gathered around and that was a turning point.
What happened next was so amazing. One after another, the Hungarian delegation would go to the front weeping, broken before the Lord asking for blessing, forgiveness of sins, dedicating their lives. God was particularly moving among the Hungarians.
To me this was a confirmation that YES, God’s Spirit is moving in the nation of Hungary and his servants are coming to him with broken hearts. I am very encouraged in this. We have prayed and believed for revival. God is touched by a broken and humble spirit.
