Adult Discipleship Offers Resources for Current Times

Church of God Adult Discipleship exists to provide resources during all times, but with the current COVID-19 pandemic, the ministry is more equipped to assist as churches navigate these uncertain times.

“When the “Living What We Believe” (LWWB) small group/class material was being developed, no one knew then where we would be today with COVID-19,” stated Director of Adult Discipleship O. Wayne Brewer. “LWWB can encourage, and help be the glue to keep our churches together as they study personally and come together in groups of ten or less. These resources can also be employed by way of Facebook or ZOOM conference for discussion, teaching and prayer.”

Brewer stated the topics in LWWB relate to faith, salvation, sanctification, Holy Spirit baptism, healing, sacraments, End-Time events and the coming of the Lord.

An order at least 10 sets, earns a 10% discount, equal to one free set, or orders of 20 of the same single volume also earns the same discount.

Along with the above resources, Adult Discipleship is focused on the upcoming Pastor Appreciation Day, this coming Sunday, April 26.

“We read throughout Scripture how we sometimes go through crisis and testing to become stronger in our walk with the Lord,” Brewer continued. “Our Pastors are being tested right now and have shown as being pure gold. We have postcards (available now) to send to your Pastor, which are notes of encouragement. We also have envelopes and designed prayer cards to send Pastor Appreciation offerings in the mail.” Options are also available for churches that accept electronic giving.
