Dedication Date Set for YWEA Project in Ethiopia

The building of a National Ministries Center in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, has been on-going for several years, but completion has finally been achieved. The “finish” here will coincide with the FINISHing of the Great Commission.

The National Training Center of the Harvest Church of God received assistance from young people in the U.S. and Canada who raised nearly $700,000 for the project through YWEA.

“The young people of Ethiopia will now experience the promise of an exciting future for their church,” stated Church of God World Missions Director David Griffis. “Hard work and commitment have brought about this answer to prayer.”

The dedication ceremony will be held on October 13, 2018, to celebrate the milestone. The grand opening will commence from October 11 to 14. The five-story complex will serve as a beacon of hope displaying its tall, white cross that reaches toward the heavens. As capital of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa’s ministry center will affect the lives of 10 million people.
