Exhibitors, Sponsors A Vital Part of Upcoming Assembly

More than 80 exhibitors will highlight the 76th International General Assembly (GA16), which takes place next week at the Music City Center in Nashville, July 19-22, 2016.

In an effort to offer the greatest amount of resources to delegates attending GA16, over a dozen sponsors have signed on to support the assembly and offer services and resources for the local church, minister and layperson. Sponsors have contracted at a higher premium than traditional exhibitors in exchange for exposure in such areas as pre-service videos, ads in the convention daily General Assembly Today, exposure on social media platforms and other product placements. Sponsor organizations include LifeWay, LOGOS, Redemption School of Ministry, Israel Ministry of Tourism, Samaritan’s Purse, The ReThink Group/Orange, LeaderLabs, Museum of the Bible and more.

“By offering sponsorships we are able to make the General Assembly experience even greater,” stated David Ray, chairman of the General Assembly Cabinet. “Not only does it help offset the tremendous cost of staging a General Assembly, but it allows for more options for delegates in obtaining resources for their local church.”

In addition to the sponsor organizations, there are dozens of booths in the exhibit hall, which will be located in Hall A of the Music City Center. The exhibit hall will include many favorite vendors from past assemblies, as well as departments of the Church of God located within divisional spaces. Also in the exhibit area will be a designated area for daily seminars covering a variety of topics and ministries. Food vendors will be located both inside and outside of the exhibit hall daily, offering a wide variety of food options. Finally, for the first time, the exhibit hall will feature a health fair each day where different screenings, minor medical procedures, such as blood pressure checks and consultations will be available.

On-site registration for the General Assembly will be available starting on Monday morning, July 18 at 9:00 a.m. at the Music City Center in downtown Nashville.
