Webinar Being Offered: Parenting in a Sexualized Culture

All Church of God pastors, parents, and church leaders are encouraged to participate in a special webinar, titled, “Parenting in a Sexualized Culture,” which will be presented on Thursday, April 21, at 12:00 p.m., and again on Tuesday, April 26, at 9:00 p.m. The webinar is sponsored by the Religious Alliance Against Pornography (RAAP), in cooperation with the Church of God and other RAAP members.

This webinar is designed to equip parents, grandparents, and leaders who minister to parents with tools, strategies, and biblical understanding to help their families thrive in a sexualized, digital age. The content is a condensed version of pure-HOPE’s video resource called, Quest: Parenting in a Sexualized Culture (available at purehope.net/quest).

This is the second webinar offering in this series. On March 10, Dr. Todd Bowman facilitated a webinar streamed live from the International Offices. The webinar will be led by Noel Bouché and Dan Martin of PUREHOPE Ministries.

Bouché serves as CEO of pureHOPE. He is the father of two daughters, aged 7 and 5. He is a lawyer, a former high school teacher, and, as he refers to himself, a college quarterback “from a long, long time ago in a galaxy far away.” He and his wife of fifteen years live with their girls in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

Martin is an Adult Ministry pastor at Chase Oaks Church in Plano, Texas, and serves as a parenting associate with pureHOPE. In that role, he has spoken to thousands of parents across the country on how to parent in a confident, grace-based manner in this sexualized culture. He and his wife have three college-aged children.
