Video Newscast Debuts on Church of God World Missions Site
globalConnect, a brief video newsmagazine, will launch on the Church of God World Missions website, www.cogwm.org, this week. Viewers are invited to visit the site and sample the new, free publication.
“We have designed globalConnect to bring timely news updates from the missions field; to introduce missionaries, missions representatives, and their work; and to help missions partners stay aware of victories and challenges,” said Dr. Tim Hill, general director.
Hill will anchor each program with a brief news report, followed by a greeting from one of the approximately 300 U.S. missionaries who presently serve in mission areas. The final piece of each telecast will be a devotional thought from the general director. The updates will remain accessible for several days after posting.
