Heart Cry for Revival Planned for April
Doug Small, the Prayer Ministries Coordinator for the Church of God, will be among the speakers at the annual ‘Heart Cry for Revival’ event planned for April 22-25, 2013 at ‘The Cove’ in Asheville, North Carolina, operated by the Billy Graham organization.
Other speakers include Richard Owen Roberts, a world-renowned revival and prayer specialist; Dave Butts, Chairman of America’s Prayer Committee; Byron Paulus, Life Action Executive Director; Sammy Tippit, Southern Baptist Global evangelist and more.
The annual national meeting draws attendees from a variety of denominations. The vision of the gathering is “to ignite, equip, and commission ministry and marketplace leaders in their passionate desire for God to bring spiritual renewal to individuals, churches, campuses, and nations.”
This year, the format is different. In addition to times of prayer and preaching, special focus groups will gather allowing for more personal interaction. The question is “How to Develop a Revival Culture” in our churches. Pastors, community leaders, campus ministries, intercessors, local church members, families, marketplace leaders – all will participate.
