Yang Honored at Seminary
Dr. Hong Yang, special assignment field representative, was recently honored at the Ashland Theological Seminary in Ashland, Ohio. The following is what the school said about Dr. Yang:
“Dr. Yang is a brilliant agent of transformation. His principle task is the raising of scholarship funds for international students from American congregations. In addition he leads groups to China, his native land, four or five times a year. Yang has helped to establish many fellowships and Bible schools for leadership training for the churches in China. He is a published author and fluent in three languages: Chinese, English, and Spanish, as well as an extraordinary teacher and preacher. He has a marvelous testimony; Dr. Yang came to Christ in Communist China without having ever met a Christian.”
Congratulations to Dr. Yang as the Ashland Theological Seminary’s 2008 Distinguished Alumnus for Global Ministry.
