The Executive Committee of the Church of God is pleased to announce four regional LifeBuilders men’s conferences scheduled for the month of April. The four locations include the cities of Los Angeles, Baltimore, Louisville and Atlanta.
It is the desire of the Executive Committee to provide these events where men of all ages will come together and worship, receive timely guidance from today’s top men’s leaders and fellowship with one another in a fast-paced conference. The events are scheduled as one or two-day events. An agenda filled with worship, praise, laughter and fun is on tap for all four conferences.
The Los Angeles event is scheduled for Saturday, April 5, 2008 and will be held in the famous Faith Dome on the campus of Crenshaw Christian Center. Speakers include Fred Price, Jr., of Crenshaw Christian Center, Erwin McManus, National evangelist Bill Lee and Church of God General Overseer Dr. Dennis McGuire. Musical guests will include El Trio de Hoy, the Messengers, The Stillness and Set Free Ministries.
The following weekend, two conferences will be held simultaneously in Baltimore, Maryland and Louisville, Kentucky. These two-day conferences will take place on Friday and Saturday, April 11 and 12. Headlining the event in Louisville University of Kentucky basketball star Jeff Sheppard, author and college president Mark Rutland, Mitchell Tolle and Dennis McGuire. Bringing praise and worship will be Curtis Bridgman and Jason Crabb. LifeBuilders will be held at the New Vision Ministry Center.
Further north at the Evangel Cathedral in Baltimore, speakers will include Dr. Harold Spellman of Peniel Ministries, General Overseer McGuire and the music and speaking ministry of Eddie James.
A final weekend will be conducted at Trinity Chapel in Powder Springs, a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia on April 18 and 19. In addition to Dennis McGuire, a headline speaker will be Bishop Eddie Long, senior pastor of New Birth Cathedral in Lithonia, Ga. Mitchell Tolle and Mark Rutland will also be special guests, along with Dave Van Halanger from the University of Georgia.
