Haitian Church Re-Built After Quake to Be Dedicated

A Church of God destroyed following the earthquake in Haiti of 2010, will be dedicated on Saturday, March 3.

The church at Turbe is up and ready for dedication. The people can now get out of a tent and into the new church that has been built after being totally destroyed by the 2010 earthquake.

“The local Voodoo people were happy it went down, but it has risen from the rubble as a beacon of light to the community. Our God is greater,” stated Jim Hudson, construction missionary to Haiti.

In attendance at the dedication will be Bishop Bourdeau, overseer of Haiti, and many others. It is estimated that 200 will be in attendance.
