Knight Awarded ‘Music Minister of the Year’
SpiritSound and the Department of Music Ministries has announced that Danny Knight is the recipient of the Department’s Music Minister of the Year Award.
Knight is currently the Music Minister of the High Praises Church of God in Anderson South Carolina. A seasoned musician, knight has been a music minister in the church for over 30 years. He is also the father of Bradley Knight, a widely known award winning choral arranger and orchestrator.
The award was presented by Dr. Delton Alford, President of SpiritSound Music Group and Director of The Department of Music Ministries at the recent Music Explosion in Cleveland Tenn. Dr. Alford stated, “Danny is a fine example of one who practices excellence in music and in ministry. His accomplishments and service to our church are indeed significant and stands out as worthy contributions to the Kingdom of God.”
