Philippines—The Asian Seminary for Christian Ministries (ASCM) recently conducted a dedication ceremony of a new educational and administrative facility, celebrating 50 years of education ministry and training in the Philippines.
Almost forty years ago, in 1986, a nuclear power plant located in north Ukraine was involved in an accident that was rated as a maximum severity level.
