A third day of pre-trial hearings took place today in the case of 35 Atlanta educators accused of cheating. After months of investigative work into one of America’s most widespread cheating scandals, officials are becoming desperate. CBS News Atlanta reports, “Some lawyers, including those representing former Atlanta Public Schools Superintendent Beverly Hall, want a judge to toss the case out.”
