TORONTO, Ontario, Canada– A prominent group of Canadian Christian leaders has been selected to form the Empowered21 Canada cabinet and they have announced their preliminary focus. Empowered21 Canada, a unique, history making movement, will assist in focusing select Spirit-filled, Christian leaders, next gen voices and leading scholars who will be representative of voices from across Canada on the future of Spirit-empowered Christianity.

Armed police have arrested 20 Christians found worshipping in the home of a Laos village pastor. Arrested on Jan. 4 and Jan. 5, these believers were accused of holding secret meetings.

Dr. Grant McClung, President of Missions Resource Group, has produced his world missions training text “Globalbeliever.com: Connecting To God’s Work in Your World” as a free online resource. In the original print format, “Globalbeliever.com” has been used widely by pastors, local church missions classes and prayer groups, and as a basic Biblical introduction to world missions in seminaries, universities, and Bible colleges.
