Despite Continued Violence Against Christian Churches, Most Go Unprepared

In recent years, gunmen have opened fire on pastors and worshippers, killing dozens on the grounds of Christian churches and ministries across the United States. Incidents of violence, arson and other emergencies occur regularly in Christian organizations.

DENVER – Disgraced evangelical leader Ted Haggard’s former church disclosed Friday that the homosexual scandal that caused his downfall extends to a young male church volunteer who reported having a sexual relationship with Haggard – a revelation that comes as Haggard tries to repair his public image.
