With US troops deployed around the world on a variety of missions, American personnel are receiving a spiritual boost from the Los Angeles-based Apostolate for Holy Relics (AHR).
Operation Compassion Network Responds to Virginia Tornadoes
During the late afternoon of April 28, 2008, three tornadoes touched down in the southeast coastal area of Virginia. Within a matter of minutes, more than 200 people were injured, 60 critically and many others seriously injured. Approximately 125 homes were destroyed or deemed inhabitable and 10 other buildings were destroyed.
