Like so many people in this country, I’m embarrassed that we haven’t yet elected an African-American president. It’s been 40 years since Martin Luther King Jr. went to the mountaintop and envisioned a glorious future of racial harmony. I want to see that, too. I share King’s dream.

A military mine and weapon disassembly factory exploded on March 15, 2008. The explosions lasted for 14 hours.

I was recently invited to preach at an evangelistic meeting in a Gypsy church. When I arrived the pastor told me God was doing wonderful things. The night before, five people had accepted Christ. I was excited and hoped that God would be with us again.
