The most effective leaders learned to lead by becoming effective followers. The primary issue is to wisely consider whom to follow.

The author answers with this book, which has a scriptural focus on Isaiah’s prophecy of the birth of the child who reflects the “Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace” (Isaiah 9:5-6).
