Christ for All Nations Concludes Historic Year
In a year that will be remembered as one of the most groundbreaking in evangelistic history, Christ for all Nations (CfaN), under the leadership of Evangelist Daniel Kolenda, successfully completed 50 crusades across eight nations as part of its 50th-anniversary celebration. Spanning from Cape Town to Cairo, this epic journey of faith brought the Gospel to millions across Africa and beyond, culminating in an awe-inspiring harvest of souls.
Breakthrough in Egypt
The 50th and final crusade of the year took place in Cairo, Egypt. Cairo is of special prophetic significance to the ministry. When Reinhard Bonnke visited Cairo many years before, a tour guide shared with him the unique quality of the Nile River: it is the only river in Africa that flows from south to north. Reinhard heard the Holy Spirit speak to him that the “river of the Holy Spirit in Africa will flow the same direction.”
Following the crusade in Cairo, Evangelist Daniel Kolenda proclaimed that he “there’s been a breakthrough in the Spirit for this nation, and my prayer is that a spark ignited here tonight will continue to burn, not only in Cairo, but in all of the Middle East.”
50 Years of Soul-Winning Ministry
2024 marked the 50th year since the founding of CfaN by Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke, whose rallying cry, “From Cape Town to Cairo, Africa shall be saved,” ignited a movement that continues to transform lives to this day. Over the past five decades, CfaN has documented over 96 million salvation decisions, and this year alone added multiple millions to that count, as the ministry reached unprecedented levels of global impact.
Evangelist Kolenda reflected, “This year was a declaration of God’s faithfulness and power. From bustling cities to remote villages, we saw lives transformed, miracles unfold, and entire communities changed by the Gospel. It’s the fulfillment of a vision—a tangible demonstration that Africa, and the world, are being saved!”
A Historic Journey Across Eight Nations
The 50 crusades spanned America, South Africa, Nigeria, Angola, Uganda, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, and Egypt, bringing a message of hope, healing, and salvation to millions. From massive open-air gatherings to packed stadiums, each crusade was marked by extraordinary moments of faith and breakthrough:
• In South Africa, the anniversary launch in Cape Town lit a spark reigniting the fire of revival in the region where the vision began.
• In Nigeria, multitudes responded to the Gospel in cities like Aba, and Abuja with healings, deliverance, and a renewed passion for Christ sweeping through the nation.
• In Uganda, 15 crusades saw the burning of occult items, miraculous healings, and a dramatic surge in local church growth.
• In Egypt, a groundbreaking event marked the first ever crusade in the “ice cap” of Africa. Opening new possibilities to evangelize in the 10/40 window.
• Across every location, the ministry witnessed miraculous signs, including physical healings, freedom from demonic oppression, and waves of salvations, as countless hands were raised in response to the call of Jesus Christ.
Empowering a New Generation of Evangelists
This year’s success was made possible by CfaN’s commitment to raising up the next generation of soul-winners. Through initiatives like the CfaN Evangelism Bootcamp and Schools of Evangelism, hundreds of trained evangelists joined the mission, preaching boldly in marketplaces, schools, and villages, preparing the way for the mass crusades.
Evangelist Kolenda remarked, “This was more than a series of events—it was a global movement. By training and empowering local evangelists, we’re ensuring that the Gospel will continue to advance long after this year’s campaigns are complete.”
A Prophetic Fulfillment
The 50th-anniversary crusades were a resounding declaration of God’s promise for Africa and the world. From Cape Town to Cairo—and beyond—the vision of Reinhard Bonnke continues to unfold, carried forward by Evangelist Kolenda and the entire CfaN team. As the Decade of Double Harvest presses on, the ministry’s sights are set on an even greater harvest in the years to come.
Looking Ahead
As CfaN closes out 2024, the team reflects with gratitude and anticipation. The mission continues, with new crusades and initiatives planned for 2025, ensuring that the Gospel will reach the ends of the earth.
