General Overseer Mark Williams delivered a ‘state of the church’ report last week to the Church of God International Council, which was in session at the International Offices in Cleveland, Tennessee. Williams’ address was the highlight of the opening session of the Council and set the tone for the agenda of the group of Church of God world leaders from all parts of the globe.
