Recently, the Churches of God in both Ukraine and Russia held their annual national assemblies. The Russian conference was held in Samara in southern Russia, hosted by Interim Overseer Anatoly Kravchenko’s congregation. This was the first time that the Russian conference was held in southern Russia.

The Alabama Supreme Court has ruled that a chemical endangerment statute must protect children who have not been born yet. The strongly worded ruling is the most important affirmation of the personhood of the pre-born child since the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision.
