Haiti: Lee University Missions Project
Yesterday, Faith News reported that Lee University was in the midst of their annual Missions Week. This year, Lee University chose the rebuilding of the La Saline Church of God in Port Au Prince, Haiti, for the 2011-2012 Missions Week Project. Not only are Lee students, faculty, and staff already at work, but an invitation was extended to local churches to join with them.

August 1946 brought eventful days to delegates meeting in Birmingham, Alabama, for the 41st General Assembly of the Church of God. Some of the excitement was likely because this was the first full meeting of ministers and members in several years.
