Court Affirms Valedictorian’s Right to Acknowledge ‘God’ and ‘Christ’ in Speech
In a legal victory brought about by The Rutherford Institute, the Montana Supreme Court has held that Butte School District No. 1 violated the First Amendment when it forbade a high school valedictorian from acknowledging “God” and “Christ” in her commencement remarks in 2008.

Boss Creations, a faith-inspired holiday decor company, has re-launched its innovative CHRIST-mas Tree, featuring an illuminated cross in the center of a fir-style tree. Marsha Boggs, the owner of the company, says it was specifically created to counter the “war on Christmas.”
