Many tax laws that impact churches and church staff were changed by The Emergency Economic Stabilization Act that was enacted by Congress in October 2008. The videos, part of the ongoing Mona Lisa Project, clearly show Planned Parenthood employees ignoring the sexual abuse of minors, which mandatory reporting laws require clinicians to report.
