Operation Compassion Responds to Devastating Weather

For the past two weeks the Midwest and other parts of the country has been facing tornadoes, floods, severe thunderstorms, torrential rainfall and damaging winds. Along with these weather conditions, dams and levees are at risk of overflowing or giving way. Many cities along the Arkansas River are in danger as the water flows downstream creating disaster scenarios. The states of Ohio, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas and Missouri have all been affected.

Cleveland, TN–Some in attendance at the 2019 MIP Commissioning Celebration and 40th Anniversary held on May 17-18 said it was one of the best celebrations ever. The more than 1,300 registered attendees were blessed with anointed preaching, inspiring worship, and commissioning of the 460+ MIP candidates and spouses.

Youth and Discipleship Preparing for Teen Talent

Church of God Youth and Discipleship is once again coordinating the popular Teen Talent competition for youth ages 13-19. International competition for 2019 will take place July 29 – August 2 on the campus of Lee University.

Website Launched for Israel 2020: Journey of Pentecost

General Overseer Tim Hill and his wife, Paula, who serves as president of Church of God Women’s Ministries, will be hosting a special tour of the Holy Land entitled, “Israel 2020: Journey of Pentecost.” It is slated for March 1-10, 2020.
