Ecumenical Water Network Urges Elimination of Bottled Water

The International Reference Group of the Ecumenical Water Network (EWN) of the World Council of Churches (WCC), at the conclusion of its recent meeting in Geneva, urged churches and ecumenical organizations in Europe and North America to consider eliminating the use of bottled water due to the its adverse impact on the environment and because it is an impediment to realizing the human right to water.

Group Calls on Producers of Documentary to Air the Truth

The World Congress of Families (WCF) is calling on the producers of the soon-to-be-aired documentary, “Hunted: Gay and Afraid,” to accurately portray WCF rather than resort to baseless attacks, misinformation, and misrepresentations similar to those perpetuated by radical LGBT groups that have become exponentially aggressive since WCF announced its historic first meeting in the United States, in Salt Lake City in October.
