In commemoration of the 75th Anniversary of National Bible Week, a bi-partisan event will be held on the floor of the US House of Representatives and will include readings from the Bible. Led by U.S. Congressmen, Doug Lamborn of Colorado Spring, CO., the event will be held in the afternoon hours of Tuesday November 15th, 2016 and will include the reading of passages from three different Bibles:

In 2015, more than 7,000 Christians were killed specifically because of their faith. This Sunday, Open Doors USA is urging Christians and churches to remember those killed and pray for those in more than 60 countries around the world still facing persecution because of their faith.

Speak Freedom Dallas, an international religious freedom summit, will take place this weekend, November 4-6. Renowned speakers Os Guinness, Nigerian Archbishop Benjamin Kwashi, Nick Pitts from The Denison Forum, and music by Dallas band All Delighted People will headline the events.
