Tulsa, OK – Christian believers and leaders from the Spirit-empowered movement from around the world will gather June 5-7, 2019 in Bogotá, Colombia for Empowered21’s Latin America Congress. The congress was originally planned for Guatemala City at Casa de Dios but due to recent developments between the church and the Guatemalan government the E21 Global Council Executive Work Group unanimously approved moving the Congress to Bogotá, Colombia in a recent meeting.
