Known as the gateway to China, Hong Kong is a city that must be shaken by the Gospel of Jesus Christ! Recently, one of our Filipino congregations with Pastor Danny Villa, Church of God Community Hong Kong, celebrated their fourth anniversary.
The 200 in attendance enjoyed drama, mime, dance and a breakthrough message from God’s Word. Across town at Gereja Bethel Indonesia, a congregation with 500 in three locations was worshipping. The vision and challenge is to not only minister to the Filipinos and Indonesians living and working in Hong Kong, but to reach out and touch the Hong Kong Chinese with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Hong Kong, with eight million in population, is the world’s fourth most costly city in which to live, but it is reachable! Our Singapore church wants to send a Chinese missionary to Hong Kong. Please join us in prayer as we seek the Lord on sending a missionary to the Chinese in Hong Kong.
