Several vendors in the Orlando area are offering discounts for travel, shuttle and attractions for delegates attending the Church of God International General Assembly (GA2010) July 27-30.
Discount packages to local amusement parks, including Disney and Universal Studios have been previously announced and are being offered through the Church of God Youth and Christian Education Department. Recently added to the link are special discounts for car rentals through Enterprise, National or Alamo rental agencies. For those who need transportation to and from the Orlando International Airport, Mears Shuttle Services has also offered a discounted rate for General Assembly delegates. Finally, the “I-Drive Trolley” will be running regularly along International Drive during GA2010. The service offers transportation from the major hotels on International Drive, the location of such hotels as the Hilton, Peabody and Rosen hotels, as well as the Orange County Convention Center, the location of the 73rd General Assembly. International Drive boasts one of the most plentiful and diverse shopping areas in all of Florida.
