Church Planting Intensive Set for March 11-13
Cleveland, TN—The Church of God Ministry of Evangelism will be conducting Church Planting Intensive, taking place March 11–13, 2026, at the International Offices in Cleveland, Tennessee.
The event begins with a pre-conference on March 11, a leadership-level experience designed for state/regional overseers, district overseers, evangelism directors, and sending pastors. This focused day centers on vision, systems, accountability, and cultivating a culture of church multiplication among those who oversee, send, and support church planters.
On March 12–13, the Intensive is designed for church planters, prospective planters, multisite leaders, and sending teams. Across two days, participants will engage in hands-on training, model-specific breakout sessions, and spiritual formation focused on launching healthy, disciple-making churches. Topics include calling and assessment, team building, fundraising, discipleship systems, and long-term sustainability.
“This event is designed to bring clarity and alignment for leaders who oversee, send, and support church planters, as well as those actively planting or preparing to plant new works,” stated Dr. Sean O’Neal, director of the Ministry of Evangelism. “We believe the conversations, training, and spiritual formation offered during these days will be both timely and strengthening for leadership and ministry.”
The location will be the Leadership & Communications Center at the International Offices. Registration fees of $150 for individuals and $200 for couples includes a dinner on Thursday evening. Register at www.cogmoe.org/church-planting-intensive-ab
“The MOE and Church Planting Initiative exists to help leaders move from vision to multiplication,” O’Neal continued. “In this day, church planting is not optional, but essential. It is our desire to equip leaders with a clear pathway, practical tools, and proven systems to launch healthy and sustainable churches.”
