Florida Church Dedicates New Facility

New Life Church, located in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, recently cut the ribbon on a new worship facility, just six years after its founding.

Pastors Shawn and Holly Baker planted the New Life Church in their living room with one couple in 2017. Today, the church has grown to a weekly attendance of over 1,100 with two campuses and 20 full time staff members.

“God is moving mightily through this ministry in just six short years,” said Pastor Baker. “The growth and the vision has been aggressive from the beginning and the blessing upon this work has been equally remarkable.”

On Friday night, September 15, New Life dedicated their brand new 32,000 square foot worship facility, which was just recently completed. The exterior is wrapped in Jerusalem stone imported from Israel, making the facility stunning in appearance.

As part of the September 15 celebration, New Life held a community open house prior to the 6:45 p.m. ribbon cutting ceremony. Church of God General Overseer Tim Hill led the inaugural event as the keynote speaker for the grand opening and dedication. Services continued into Saturday evening and on Sunday at 9:00 a.m. and 10:45 a.m.
