This Weekend: 2021 MIP Celebration: The Church on Mission

The 2021 Ministerial Internship Program (MIP) Commissioning Celebration is set for this coming Friday, May 21, and Saturday, May 22, at 8:00 p.m. EDT.

Dr. David Ramírez, assistant general overseer and liaison to the Division of Education, and Dr. Michael Reynolds, director of Ministerial Development, invite everyone to join in the virtual celebration.

On Friday, notable speakers for the service are Jentezen Franklin, Smokey Norful, and Sammy Rodriguez. Each of these distinguished speakers will preach for ten minutes about the “The Church on Mission” and particularly challenge the MIP candidates to be “the church on mission” as they enter their next level of ministry.

On Saturday, Dr. Tim Hill, general overseer for the Church of God, will preach a Commissioning message about “The Church on Mission” and lead in the Commissioning prayer, along with the other members of the International Executive Committee. The Commissioning message by Dr. Hill will be timely, and participation in the Commissioning prayer is appreciated.

Mount Paran Church of God in Atlanta will provide praise and worship in both services.

The services may be joined at live.cogdoe.org or facebook.com/cogdoe for English. (A Facebook account is required to watch the service on Facebook.)

The service may be watched in Spanish at facebook.com/usameh. (A Facebook account is required to watch the service on Facebook.)
