Two Church of God pastors are again offering a conference for church leaders called RISE, to be held in Tampa, Florida on March 27-29, 2019.
RISE is a world-class conference for pastors, church staff and church leaders who desire to “rise above average and accomplish the extraordinary for God’s Kingdom.”

In its third year, when asked about RISE, founders Pastor Tony Stewart and Pastor Joe Dobbins said, “The dream of creating an event that is relevant for every church leader, no matter congregation size or context, is something we’ve shared for years. The fact that it is free displays our desire to remove as many obstacles as possible, so anyone who wants to can attend.”
“This two-day experience is the perfect melding of practical insights and prophetic voices,” stated Stewart, pastor of citylife church in Tampa, the location of the conference. In addition to a variety of practical breakout sessions for lead pastors, worship, children, youth and many more, attendees will hear from national church leaders like Dr. Tim Hill, Pastor Jentezen Franklin, Pastor Ron Carpenter Jr., Pastor David Crank, Dr. Sam Chand, and Dr. Dave Martin. Special worship guest will be Israel Houghton. Participants will also hear RISE stories from Pastor’s Jason Daughdrill, Mike Sanes and Scott Sheppard.
