Operation Compassion Sends Containers to Syria and Iraq

During the past several years Operation Compassion has partnered with Hope Charitable Services in sending containers to the persecuted Christian communities stuck in war torn Syria and Iraq. One container will be sent to each country making this the sixth container to Iraq and the second to Syria.

Because of the war and the great persecution of these Christian communities, shipping and clearing customs is a most difficult and strenuous task but is well worth every effort. These communities face hardships that are unimaginable for most people to understand. Many have been uprooted from their original homes and are refugees, having fled due to the war or such great persecution from those outside of Christianity. Any help they receive is greatly appreciated and are used to continue a life of survival.

Some of the products they will be receiving are new clothes, hygiene products, baby diapers, toilet paper, food and tile to use in building new homes so that new communities can be built as well. This is more than $708,000 in new product being sent.

You can help Operation Compassion bring hope, help and healing to these Christian communities ravaged by war, civil unrest and great persecution by making a financial commitment today.
