Speakers for General Assembly LEAD Conference Announced

The day before the opening gavel falls to open the 77th International General Assembly, a one-day intensive seminar featuring a stellar lineup of speakers will keynote the LEAD Conference, set for Monday, July 30, 2018.

LEAD is the popular pre-Assembly conference featuring a number of well-known speakers addressing the contemporary church. Among the confirmed guests are Sam Chand, Leon Fontaine, Robert Morris and Rae Orozco. LEAD is a free event for registered delegates of GA18 and will place in the Chapin Theater at the West Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center.

A self-described “dream-chaser, Dr. Samuel R. Chand serves pastors, ministries, and businesses as a leadership architect and change strategist. Dr. Chand was named to the Top 30 Global Leadership Gurus list. His singular vision for his life is “Help Others Succeed.”

Leon Fontaine is senior pastor of Springs Church, one of the largest inter-denominational churches in Canada, with six campuses across two provinces. He is the CEO of Miracle Channel, Canada’s only twenty-four-hour Christian family network, and host of The Leon Show, a daily interview program that airs in 150 countries.

Pastor Robert Morris is the founding senior pastor of Gateway Church, a multicampus church in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Since it began in 2000, the church has grown to more than 39,000 active members. He is featured on the daily television program The Blessed Life and hosts Worship & the Word on radio stations across America.

Rae Orozco is a woman with unstoppable passion. This passion has led her all over the world, expounding God’s Word with unique clarity, humor and fire. With a distinctive gift for multi-cultural ministry, she served as Lead Pastor of a vibrant multicultural church, and today mentors young pioneering leaders in the principles of multi-cultural ministry.
