BULGARIA — In the beginning of October we started the new school year. This year we are not offering a full time residential program. We have created a distance type of program for Christians and functioning ministers who will be coming for lectures on Saturdays.
We already started with six students and two on an individualized plan.
The semester was started off with an intensive course in Systematic Theology taught by Dr. James Sawyer. The course was attended by the students, as well as by several pastors and leaders from the Stara Zagora region that wanted to expand their theological knowledge. After this course we continued with the basic course – Introduction to the Degree, which is mandatory. It is a course that underlines the basic principles of studying at a theological institution, the credit system, the writing of papers and other concepts.
The students were enthusiastic and motivated to undertake this important step in their lives.
